13. A Third Anonymous Woman Sues Him
On December 6, another unnamed woman filed a lawsuit against Combs, Daddy’s House Recordings, and Bad Boy Entertainment, claiming that in 2003, when she was 17 years old, she was the victim of a gang rape between Combs, Harve Pierre (former president from Bad Boy) and another unidentified man. The events would have occurred in the rapper’s studio at Daddy’s House in New York City. The lawsuit claims the teen met Pierre in Detroit, who told her that Combs wanted to meet her. As it was, she was sent on a private jet to Teterboro, New Jersey, before arriving in Manhattan. The three men allegedly supplied him with “absurd amounts of drugs and alcohol.”
The story goes on to say that the situation became “blurred” for her when she was sexually abused by the three men in a bathroom, while she drifted in and out of consciousness, had difficulty breathing, and repeatedly asked them to stop. Combs was the first to abuse her and then watched while sitting in a chair as the other two men did it. The lawsuit also states that after Pierre finished, the survivor was abandoned in the bathroom, where she curled up in the fetal position because of the pain she felt in her private parts. Once she regained her strength, she was taken to an airport and flown back to Detroit.
